SHIPPING INFORMATION
We give our customers a choice of either using UPS, USPS or FedEx on all merchandise orders. Customers choose which delivery method is best for them. You must contact us by email or phone at the time of your purchase for us to accomodate any other shipping requirements or methods. Please allow for 3 days to process and ship your order.

OUR RECYCLING PROGRAM
Ayindisa tries to purchase as little packaging material as possible and reuse all packing packaging material that is shipped to us. Do not always expect a new box with new packaging material inside because we recycle and reuse them.

SHIPPING RATES
All products we sell on our website are shipped to you at a rate established by shipping carriers and reflect the customer’s location, size, and weight of a product and delivery method.

SALES TAX
CT residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all orders.

WARRANTY, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your products for any reason please contact us immediately at chris@ayindisa.com. We want our customers to be satisfied and happy with all our products each and every time you order and will do our best to make this happen.

All our products are one of a kind and truly special from the last. Sometimes they will have natural flaws or defects that cannot always be detected immediately upon purchase. Additionally, wood products will expand or contract because of moisture being released, and cracks or splits may occur due ti different environments. This is normal and most will only be cosmetic.

Ayindisa, LLC provides a 7 day money back refund on all our products we sell to final customers except food products such as coffee, tea and chocolate. Ccustomer's also have 14 days to return the item/s for a credit or exchange. All returns, credits or exchanges must include the original order receipt and be made within the 7-14 day period starting from the original date of purchase on receipt. All items returned for refund, credit or exchange must be in new or saleable condition and meet our policy guidelines. We will then provide a refund, credit or exchange of the purchase price of item/s or exchange it/them with a similar product of equal or lesser value of your choice.

Our 7 day money back refund and 14 day credit or exchange policy guidelines do not cover abuse, neglect or damages by any person or incident. We reserve the right to judge whether damage is a result of an inherent defect or caused by misuse. Wood products, especially masks, woodcarvings and drums will only qualify for our warranty if cracks, splits or damage is severe enough that the item/s are destroyed or damage extends into the resonating chamber of drum and affects the sound. We inspect all orders for damage and quality before being sold to ensure this is a rare occurrence.
